2. Hosting and server logs
When this website is accessed, technically necessary connection data may be processed, including IP address, access time, requested resource, browser information, referrer and response status. Processing serves secure and reliable delivery of the website and is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The website is delivered using OpenAI Sites and its underlying hosting and content-delivery infrastructure, which may include Cloudflare.
3. Cloudflare Web Analytics
We use the cookie-free service Cloudflare Web Analytics, provided by Cloudflare, Inc., to understand aggregated page views and the technical performance of the website. The service processes limited technical metrics such as page-load and Core Web Vitals data and may group visits by dimensions including country, device type, browser, operating system, host, path and referrer. According to Cloudflare, it does not track individual visitors across websites or collect or use visitors’ personal data for Web Analytics. The service sets no cookies on this website and creates no advertising or user profiles. To the extent that personal data is processed, the legal basis is our legitimate interest in measuring reach and improving the reliability and performance of the website under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. 4. Cookies and browser storage
NRG4NOW itself does not set cookies and does not use browser local or session storage. No advertising or user-profiling tools are integrated. If the technology used changes, this notice and, where required, the consent mechanism will be updated before optional technologies are activated.
5. Media and external links
Images, documents and the background video are served as website assets. Other external services receive data only after you actively follow an external link.
6. Contact
If you contact us by email or telephone, we process the information you provide to answer your request and, where applicable, prepare or perform a contract. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR. Data is deleted when the purpose has been fulfilled unless statutory retention duties apply.
7. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability and object to processing where the respective legal requirements are met. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, including the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
